2011 - 2012 Season Rates

Daily	$32.00 Full Hookup, plus tax
Weekly	$150.00 Standard Space Full Hookup, plus tax $175.00 Deluxe Space Full Hookup, plus tax
Monthly	$350* Standard Space, plus tax and Electric $395 Deluxe Space, plus tax and Electric
Premium Spaces	$25/Month Additional

*After 6 months, $295 plus tax and Electric (Standard Spaces only).
**Monthly Rates require a Deposit of $50 (Oct thru April) and $150 (May thru Sep). Electric rates are published by Arizona Public Service (APS) and may change at any time during your stay. There is a $5 monthly electric administration fee.

Leaf Verde RV Resort only offers Month-to-Month Rates and does not offer Annual Rates. However, we offer "Dry-On-Site" (DOS) as an extension to the Winter Season to assist in keeping your RV in your Space year-round as if we had an annual rate. The Standard Space rate schedule is broken-down as follows:

Nov 1st thru March 31st (Winter Season) $350/Mo x 5 Months =	$1,750.00 (plus tax)
April 1st thru October 31st (Dry-On-Site Only) $100/Mo x 7 Months =	$700.00 (plus tax)
Overall Annual Cost	$2,450.00 (plus tax)

The DOS rate is only available April 1st thru October 31st and not during the winter months of November 1st thru March 31st, as these months will be charged at $350/Month. When DOS, the water, sewer and electric connection need to be disconnected.

Refunds are at the discretion of the management only.

Extra Person Charge ... no charge for children under 6.

Daily - $3.00 per person
Weekly - $15.00 per person
Monthly - $35 per person

Pets (limit 2) - please see our rules for pets in our resort.

Miscellaneous

RV Dump - $7.00
RV Washing - $10.00 (in designated area only)
Vehicle Washing - $5.00 per person (in designated area only)

Storage Rates*

5x10 unit - $50.00 per month, plus tax
10x10 unit - $70.00 per month, plus tax
10x20 unit - $100.00 per month, plus tax
Dry Storage - $20.00 per week, or $65.00 per month, plus tax

*There is a one-time $20 Administration Fee plus a $20 refundable deposit for Mini Storage and Dry Storage.

Monthly and group reservations cannot be made online. All monthlies must be approved by a manager. Please contact the resort directly for pricing and availability.
